Wind and Weather Conditions
In summer season you don't need a wetsuit. But you could take it with you because it could be a little colder. The water has something like 25°C, the air can be upt to 35°C but it can be 20°C as well. The summer season is from June to August. You can surf off-season as well but a wetsuit is needed. Air: summer 25-35°C, winter 5-15°C. Water: summer 20-25°C, winter 5-10°C. Sometimes there is a cold current, so a wetsuit is also in the summer recommended. Recommended wind for kitesurfing is wind coming from SW, WSW, W, WNW and NW . Works only with Westerlies.

Long sandy beach, lots of space. Watch out for tourists in summer. Beautiful waves with West winds. The water has a very nice color. Shallow access.
Need to know
Careful about the other beach users, especially in June, July and August . There are riding zones on the spot, be sure you respect them.
From Marseille towards Toulon on A50. Exit to Les Lecques and find the bay and its beautiful water.
